* Does this program align with my ideals (ie. mind quieting treatments like meditation, medications with side effect vs. natural remedies, gentle or challenging emotional exploring).
* Do I believe this treatment will work for me?
Now, follow your commitment to the chosen treatment and see it through. If it doesn’t work by the time they said it would work – find another treatment.
Most likely it helped you out of anxiety some, yet maybe you don’t feel completely satisfied. The good news is that by now you know what does work for you. So find more of that, or more programs that deliver that particular helpful aspect.
The only wasted time spent is on not making a decision on an anxiety remedy or not carrying out your decision – period.
